Narang Eye Institute (both centres) are equipped with World Class State of Art Medical Facilities & Equipment to offer Quality Eye care Services. The OPD accepts cases for refraction, spectacle prescription, minor ailments, major eye disorders, follow up and special services like B – Scan Ultra Sound, A-Scan, IOL master 700 (most essential for the calculation of IOL power for toric, multifocal, trifocal and extended focus IOL) with the choice of multiple calculation formulas. Digital Fundus Fluorescein & neocyanine- green Angiography (helpful prognostic tool for the treatment of ARMD) , Pattern green retinal laser, Yag Laser, 3D spectral OCT, specular microscopy, PENTACAM with OPD scan III.
Visual Field examination (HUMPHRAY), Squint Assessment (by paediatric ophthalmologist, on Thursdays and Saturdays), glaucoma clinic (on Tuesdays) and oculoplastic clinic (on Fridays). Anterior segment digital slit lamp photography is the newly acquired tool. Advanced Vitreo-retinal surgeries are performed regularly by a team of three experienced surgeons, special medical retina & Diabetic Retinopathy clinics are conducted on Tuesdays and Fridays. Advanced Lasik surgical facilities like SBK and INTRALASE (Blade free; IFS-150+ advanced version for smoother lead) and ICL are performed regularly and referring surgeons are allowed to perform themselves after a short period of supervision.
We also provide the facilities of wheelchairs, Ambulance, Emergency medical car.
